The Daily Grind...

So my life has changed quite a lot since I got a job as an English Professor at a community college.
The job (I might add) that I held out for the entire time I was hunting for work all summer after my graduation.

I'm finding now that life is a DAILY GRIND, and, as such, I will be turning this blog in a new direction....
      I will share with you many of the crazy things that happen in my life as a professor!

Hopefully you will enjoy the little dramas that I encounter each day.  If you can't tell, the image I picked is a bit of a preview of what I deal with on a daily basis. I will still discuss job hunt issues because even though I have a job, I still need to find more work to supplement that paycheck...yes people the JOB HUNT nightmare has yet to cease...but at least it's a little less stressful now.

After all, I am still broke (most of the time; mostly due to looming student loan bills and medical/dental insurance payments) and disgusted, but with different aspects of my job, life in the low income scale, and the hoops that hard working people must go through to survive in this society, economy, culture.

So expect me to WOW you as always with my witty quips about the idiosyncrasies of life....just in a different sort of way.
